National Trust – Wilder Wallington
Director, Editor
The Wallington Estate is the largest intact estate in the National Trust. Since 2021, the Wilder Wallington team, with support from partners, tenants and the local community, has been working on a large-scale restoration project. They've focused on areas including woodland and hedgerow creation, wetland restoration and species recovery.
We were originally commissioned in 2021 by the Wallington Estate to create a documentary capturing the start of their nature recovery journey. That film allowed the Trust to effectively communicate the goals and vision of their project, and helped to unlock more funding.
In 2024, we returned to the estate to create another film to tell the story of their incredible progress, including the arrival of beavers to the estate for the first time in hundreds of years.
